The sweet spot tends to be right around 1 year out from your wedding date! For Full-Service design and planning, we begin planning with you as soon as you sign a contract! For Partial Planning Packages, detailed planning begins 180 days prior to your wedding and Day of Coordination planning begins 45 days out. We recommend researching and securing a planner a few months prior to the beginning of detailed planning.

We are located in the Phoenix, Arizona area. While we do several events in the valley, we do love to travel!
We would begin by scheduling a planner interview call. The goal of this call is to understand exactly what you are looking for, so we can determine how best to serve you. It is also important to gauge our personalities to see if they mesh well. If we would both like to move forward, we will draft a proposal for you then send a contract for you to sign.
We work with a wide range of venues including resorts, gardens, country clubs, sports stadiums, and private residences!

Yes! We absolutely recommend having a wedding coordinator even if you have a venue coordinator.
A venue coordinator oversees the onsite staff to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not on site for the duration of the event, or they are overseeing other events on the property at the same time.
A wedding coordinator works exclusively for you, focusing solely on your vision and needs. We take the time to understand your preferences, style and budget ensuring that every detail of your special day aligns with your desires.
